Our return and refund policy depends on whether you purchased a physical product or a digital product.
Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned once delivery or access has been provided, purchases of digital products are final sale and non-refundable once delivery or access has been provided, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.
If you have trouble receiving, downloading, opening, or accessing a digital purchase, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical or delivery problems.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, charged an incorrect amount, or experienced another billing error, please contact us so we can review the transaction and correct any verified error.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, purchasing the wrong digital product, or deciding after delivery that you no longer want the digital product, except where required by applicable law.
Physical Products
Physical products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, with any original packaging or tags where applicable.
Please contact us before returning a physical product. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right.
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, and other items that cannot reasonably be resold.
Refunds for Physical Products
